    A word of advice...Be more than clever and more than cautious!!!! The most dishonest and rude customer service I have yet experienced in or with any retailer. Beware of the manager, he is a swindler... We simply wanted an option to buy out in 90 days a couch and loveseat!! We were told we could pay as we go as long as it was settled by the 90 day window, keep in mind we had been paying along. I came in to pay the entire purchase off and apparently the general manager as he addressed him self stated we owed way more than what was agreed on and stated on contract. He would not give me the correct amount or explain why he wanted to collect more than the pay off...Not professional!!! He clever prompted me to become upset then arguing as he would not answer my questions and I being a customer coming in to pay off furniture Should have been treated with a great smile and a thank you mam! I would do some research if you are looking to buy or rent anything in the way of appliances or furniture as there are plenty of options out there, we going a great place in Lawton, worth the short drive. That will call and harass you consistently even though you spoke with someone just a day or do before. End result: We called and told them to come and get there furniture that out business and treatment had been unexceptable, we were hung up on by a customer representative.... We are shocked to see how this company stays in business!

    This store implies they have items on site and then informs you AFTER you've made the drive to the store (to sign the paperwork) that the item is only available at another location and that they will have to go there to pick up and then deliver the product. Now, in this stores defense, most people do not need these products immediately and in such circumstances appliances on location are irrelevant. But in our particular situation it was necessary to have the appliance within a 2 hour time frame of our initial phone call to them. I spoke to a man named J.D. who came off to me as incredibly unprofessional before cancelling our initial order and dismissing us all together. The salesmen and managers here seem pushy and unprofessional in my opinion. Simply put, I promised a review, and because of this experience we will no longer consider doing business here. Others should be wary as well if they are needing something promptly as it may or may not be at location.
